Sambhal Cold Storage Collapse: At least eight people have died and some are missing after a cold storage godown collapsed in Uttar Pradeh’s Sambhal district on Friday. According to ANI, Moradabad DIG Shalabh Mathur said that the death toll in the incident has risen to eight and some people are still missing. DIG Mathur further said that 11 people have been reduced so far and the operations are underway.
“Death toll rises to 8, some persons are still missing; teams of NDRF and SDRF engaged in search & rescue operation. 11 people rescued so far,” the agency quoted Moradabad DIG as saying.
